Pay-per-click tips for the online marketer

Pay-per-click is one of the most famous form of online paid advertising as it has the possibility of giving out high quality leads. Some people said that search engine result page or SERP brings in more clicks but in the long run, clicks don’t matter but leads do. Experienced marketers said that pay-per-click programs give out higher amount of leads per click as compared with SERP and in most cases, this may be true.

One rule of doing pay-per-click advertising is that it isn’t good to create a campaign blindlessly without  having a general idea of what the person is doing. Analytics is always important so that the marketer or the webmaster can check on how well their campaign is doing.

In addition to that, do not go for a broad keyword but instead, try to be as precise as possible. If your website is all about Arabic coffee, do not go for keywords on coffee but focus on Arabic coffee instead. No doubt that the coffee keyword will bring in more clicks but not sales. An advertisement regarding Arabic coffee will generate a much targeted audience as compared with the latter.
