How press release and guest blogging can promote a website greatly

Thursday, April 1st, 2010

The good thing about bloggers is that if there is any chance of them getting guest bloggers, they will most probably take up to their offer especially if the guest blogger is someone prominent in the community. This loosens their workload for the day.

In addition to guest blogging, press release can also contribute to the success of a website. This is because through press release, people will notice the new website and if the article written is of high quality, it will greatly increase the chance of people coming in to the website. If the press release is made on a highly prominent website, there are chances that other bloggers will also cover about the press release as well.

If the webmaster has a high proficiency of the English language, then he or she can write the article by him/herself. If not, consider hiring a writer that is adept in the English language, preferably a native speaker. Don’t spend a mere $2-3 on the article. Instead, try to invest on $10 or so as it will definitely be worth the investment.

Give out this article to only one prominent website on the web. If they reject it, then give it out to another. Do this until it is accepted. Do not give it en masse as the last thing these people want are contents that aren’t unique.

Guest Blogging for Writers and Bloggers Alike

Guest blogging is when someone who doesn’t work for a specific website drops by and writes an entry inside for that website. The trend of guest blogging has been increasing lately due to the number of advantages it can give.

One of the advantages of guest blogging is that it can act as a practice session to those that are new in the market. In fact, guest writers can talk about pretty much what they would like to talk about provided that it sticks with the website.

Guest blogging also gives the writer some creative feedback from the people reading the article. This will most probably happen in reputable websites that have a lot of visitors coming in and go. In fact, it may also cause the writer to engage in some conversation with the readers as well.

Guest blogging is also beneficial as it exposes the writer to the world. They can get a lot more exposure and in return, get a lot more people to come to their websites as well. Most often than not, guest bloggers have a mini about me section at the end of the article. They can fill this column with some of their website links and in return get some link juice out of it as well.
